Website privacy

If you allow analytics, we collect an anonymous visitor identifier, pages and sections viewed, link and button interactions, referring site and campaign parameters, approximate location, device and browser information, performance metrics, and website errors.

We do not ask you to create an account, attach website activity to your name or email address, or intentionally collect information you enter into forms.

With your permission, PostHog may record a privacy-masked replay of how you navigate the site. Form inputs are masked, request and response bodies are not recorded, and URL query strings and fragments are removed before analytics events are sent. Replays help us find confusing layouts and broken interactions.

We use this information to understand how people discover Ampliora products, which content is useful, whether visitors reach the App Store, and where the website is slow, confusing, or broken. We do not use it for third-party advertising or sell it.

PostHog processes optional product analytics and session replay for us. Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregated web analytics. For visitors where consent is required, optional PostHog analytics is based on your consent and does not start until you select “Allow analytics.”

You can decline analytics when first asked or change your decision at any time using the “Privacy choices” control in the lower-left corner of the website. Declining does not limit the website. Your choice is shared across Ampliora product subdomains when your browser permits it.

We keep analytics only as long as needed to understand and improve our products, subject to the retention settings of our service providers. You may ask a privacy question or request deletion of analytics data by emailing support@ampliora.cc. Because website visitors are anonymous, we may need the PostHog distinct ID stored in your browser to locate a specific record.
